- Nicole requires a 48 hour cancellation notice. Failure to do so will result in a 100% Charge of your service.
- Pets are NOT allowed in the building.
- Please schedule your appointment around child care. We do not allow children to wait with you or in the lobby during your service.
- For safety and sanitation purposes, please do not bring any guests to wait with you inside the building.
- Failure to comply with these policies will result in immediate rescheduling of your appointment and a 100% late cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file.
- I share a room with another artist. To be courteous of others during their appointments please keep talking and volume to a minimum.
